Does Lumberton Inn has minimum age requirements?
  - Yes, you have to be at least 18 years old to check-in.
Does Lumberton Inn Offer a discount Program?
  - Yes, we offer discounts to Corporate Lodging Members, AAA, AARP, Corpoarte employee, Government employee, Students (age 21+),  Senior citizen (age 60+) and Group booking. A request for this discount is applied at time of check-in.  Proper identification is required at time of check-in to qualify for discounted rate. Discount rate may vary. Please check with guest service for current promotion.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
  - Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Do you accept credit card?
  - We accept all major credit cards.
What are your check-in requirement?
  - You must present a photo ID and major credit card when checking in.
If I reserve more than one room, can I use my name as the guest for all rooms?
  - You can use one guest name when making reservation.  We require at least one guest name for each room at time of check-in.  This is done in order to prevent the confusion.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?
  - You can request early check-in or late check-out with us during check-in process. However, this entire request is not guaranteed. Late check-out after 12 noon is another full night charge. Early check-in is possible around 12 noon and subject to room availability. If you would like to guarantee early check-in, we require you to reserve your room in advance.
What is your room cancellation policy?
  - If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason, you have to notify us at least 72 hours before your check-in date for full refund. If you notify us less than 48 hours before your check-in date, there will be $25 administrative fee charged to your credit card and the rest of your money will be completely refunded to your account. There is a one night penalty at the regular daily rate if your reservation is cancelled in whole or in part with less than 24 hours notice.
I do not have a credit card. What other form of payment do you accept?
  - Cash or credit cards only.  No checks.

  - We do require major credit card to guarantee your room. However, payment can be made by cash during check-in.

Are room preferences guaranteed?
  - Room prefereneces are noted but not guaranteed.  Smoking, Jacuzzi suite and Wheel chair accessible room are limited and require atleast 48 hours notice.
