	If you find a lower price anywhere else in Lumberton, we will not only match that price but lower it by 10%.  Guaranteed!
How do I prove a lower price at another property?
	In general, our rates already beat everyone else and in most cases are much lower than the compatitors.  If you know of a rate that is lower than ours, let us know and we will verify at the time of reservation.  For internet special rate, you must bring a printout from the properties’ website* with you at the time of check-in for the dates in question.  Most properties differentiate between room type (smoking and non-smoking) as well as bed type and size (king or queen).  We will match both room type and bed type, subject to availability.
